Tours of La Muette – espaces littéraires are free every first Saturday of the month. . In addition, visits are free at all times for holders of the Passeport Musées Suisses, Raiffeisen MemberPlus card, Cultissime card, ICOM card, AIAP (IAA) card, Visarte card, Caritas card, Association Promotion Pully Paudex Belmont (PPPB) card, employees of the Ville de Pully, art history students and art historians, journalists (with press card), members of the Association des Amis des Musées de Pully, members of the Club des 100 and companions of disabled persons.

Accessibility
Outside the museum space
A parking space is reserved for visitors with disabilities in front of the ticket office (less than 10 meters from the entrance to the Musée d’Art de Pully, gradient approx. 6%).
Level access from Chemin Davel (approx. 4% gradient)
Most of the surrounding streets are paved and sloping (chemin Davel: approx. 4%, Rue du Midi: approx. 9%, Chemin des Osches: approx. 7%).
Access to box office via the Musée d’Art de Pully (18% ramp with handrail + four steps with handrail)/Access to box office from Chemin Davel (three steps with handrail + two steps without handrail)/Box office door widths: Musée d’Art side: 118 cm; Chemin Davel side: 103 cm
Access to the ticket office can be made with human assistance if required, but RM visitors are not obliged to go to the ticket office: a call bell is located in front of the Musée d’Art de Pully and on Chemin Davel.
Guide dogs welcome (other animals prohibited).
